These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the win016 platform, including the website at win016.org, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, sports betting markets, account management tools, promotional features, and any other services made available under the win016 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

This Agreement is entered into between win016 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") and you, the individual accessing or using the Platform ("you", "your", "the Player", "the User"). By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

1.1 Age Requirement

To register and maintain an account with win016, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. win016 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder cannot satisfactorily demonstrate they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

1.2 Accurate Registration Information

When creating your win016 account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. win016 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active win016 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, the same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win016 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

1.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the win016 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. win016 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. By using the Platform, you confirm that your access and participation is legal under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

1.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

win016 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

win016 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits to your win016 account must be made from payment accounts — whether mobile wallets, bank accounts, or cards — that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. win016 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and withhold any associated winnings where a third-party payment source is identified, and may close the account concerned.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements. win016 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending security reviews. win016 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the win016 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a transaction originates from a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and win016 accepts no liability for currency exchange losses.

5.1 Eligibility and Application

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives made available through win016 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General eligibility conditions include: the account holder must be aged 21 or above, must have completed any required KYC verification, and must not have previously claimed a promotion that is designated as a first-time offer. win016 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw promotional eligibility at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the applicable time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

win016 employs monitoring tools to detect patterns of promotional abuse. Where an account is found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, the coordination of low-risk betting patterns to convert bonus funds, or any other strategy that win016 reasonably determines constitutes abuse — the bonus will be voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended. win016's determination in such matters is final.

5.4 Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions

win016 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any qualifying activity completed prior to the withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with the terms as they stood at the time of that activity, subject to this clause and the anti-abuse provisions above.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the win016 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of win016 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of that intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

7.2 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, transmit, broadcast, adapt, modify, display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of win016. Systematic extraction of data from the Platform — whether through manual means or automated tools — is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

win016 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9.2 Account Termination by win016

win016 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; or (d) we determine that continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to win016, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. In cases of termination for cause, win016 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

9.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your win016 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Balances remaining in accounts closed at the player's request will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of any pending wager outcomes.

9.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and win016 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
